Town of Lanark - Waste & Recycling

Garbage is collected every Friday, but holidays affect the schedule by delaying pickup until Saturday.  Please set out no later than 6:30 AM on the collection date and no more than 24 hours in advance.  Residents are encouraged to remove their garbage carts from the road right-of-way (except on pickup days) to avoid snow plow damage and vandalism.

If you wish to dispose of appliances, furniture or other large items, please call Veolia Environmental Services at 1-800-262-3101 or 715-421-3939 to make arrangements for pickup at your residence.
